Opportunisitc Weapons

I am trying to figure out if anything other than the basic opportunity attack granted by an enemy moving, making a ranged attack while adjacent, etc will trigger the Property of the Opportunistic Weapons.
"Power (Daily): Immediate Reaction. Use this power when
an enemy provokes an opportunity attack. Make an additional
opportunity attack against the provoking creature."

For example, the fighter combat challenge and combat superiority. In particular the Battle Awareness feat:
"whenever an enemy that is adjacent to you shifts or makes an attack that does not include you as a target, you can make a melee basic attack against that enemy as an immediate interrupt."

Anything else?

Anything else?

Attacks that are triggered as immediate interrupts or reactions are not opportunity attacks, so no.

Going further, attacks that are triggered as opportunity actions (shaman's spirit boons include powers like this) are not 'opportunity attacks' so no.

HOWEVER!

There -are- opportunity attacks granted by circumstances other than the triggers in the rules themselves. You'll know them because they say 'When blah, you may make an opportunity attack.'

Without the exact words 'opportunity attack'.... well... it isn't.
