Optimus Prime dies

Smurf Wizard, actually. My Pac-man was the firing platform for a Smurf Wizard. I'll let that sink in for a minute for everyone else.

I still have the miniature I made, too. :)

Which? The idea of a Smurf Wizard or his "firing platform"? :p As long as there were dots in front of him, Pac-Man was fine and dandy chasing the baddies.....

Betcha that was one heckuva interesing mini........ ;)

And I've heard a tale of a RL man named James T. Kirk.... granted that story involves him being pulled over by the cops for cutting said cop off at an exit they needed to get off on to go to a con. It was noted he and the two guys were dressed in classic Trek uniforms. Needless to say, the cop didn't believe he was J.T. Kirk until he saw the guy's driver's license.

It's true (the part about the name). He was featured in "Trekkies," the documentary about Trek fans. There's also a Shatner look-alike (who you can hire, incidentally. I've found his website out of curiosity), who was also featured in the film, along with some other fans...

Imagine a paper stand-up miniature, with a pac-man, wielding a crossbow, with a rope basket tethered under him like from a hot-air balloon, and a smiling smurf with Red Pants (the official garb of all smurf wizards) waving a wand...

Next to the Jabberjaw-species barbarian, the Bird-man mage, and the Thunderan Paladin, we were perfectly normal.............
