Ok. So I missed the original typo because I glossed over it, saw what it meant, and moved on..... So sue me! :p
Oh no I have spilled coffee on my groin because of you.

(Y'know, it'll be cheaper if you settle with me out of court. ;) )

but then I got kinda ruined on the Smurfs a bit after hearing the "real" story about how the Smurf Village got populated......... :uhoh:
Do you mean the Father Abraham thing, or something else?

I created a homebrew based on an amalgam of early-to-mid-80s cartoons that I ran for a brief while. I used the Father Abraham origin and made him a powerful wizard who had once had Gargamel as an apprentice, but had dismissed him because he had eaten the second Smurf made (Papa Smurf being first by a good margin of time) in a ritual to gain power. The Smurfs were a player race of Tiny organic Constructs - they were made out of the pulp of certain fruits. Henry played a Paxon - a race of friendly beholder-kin with two eyes and the ability to eat pretty much anything - Priest, and since he floated around, they attached a basket to him and another player had his Smurf Rogue (Sneaky Smurf) ride around in it sniping with a crossbow-like weapon.

Good times, good times.

I agree that Prime can't die. No way, no how! This goes under the
nonono.txt
category.
I must reiterate how incredibly cool you are. :D Aside from it being true, it makes Cyberzombie worry about an approaching Armageddon, so it's worth mentioning for that, alone. :]

And sorry abt the coffee but what do you think I am?!?! McDonalds?

If it was about my commentary, I'm not offended - I know I'm goofy. :) But during that time of my life, I was fortunate enough to be able to store away my sanity until I was in a situation where I needed it again - the influences and pressure I was under, there were a LOT worse ways I could've come out than "goofy". :heh:

There is nothing goofy about forming an emotional attachment to a fictional character. I also adore (and continue to adore) Optimus Prime (though naming yourself after him is damn strange).

Especially since "Prime" is a title, not part of a name. Now, if he had named himself Orion Pax, THAT would be understandable. (

And you're telling this to a guy who named himself after a deity.........

And I've heard a tale of a RL man named James T. Kirk.... granted that story involves him being pulled over by the cops for cutting said cop off at an exit they needed to get off on to go to a con. It was noted he and the two guys were dressed in classic Trek uniforms. Needless to say, the cop didn't believe he was J.T. Kirk until he saw the guy's driver's license.

Smurf Wizard, actually. My Pac-man was the firing platform for a Smurf Wizard. I'll let that sink in for a minute for everyone else.

I still have the miniature I made, too. :)
