Order of the Bow Initiate: Ranged Precision

So this means that you can use the Manyshot feat in conjunction with this to get more lumber in the air, although the extra +xd8 only applies to one arrow. I also see no reason to deny the use of the Shot on the Run feat, since the feat requires you to use the "attack action" with a ranged weapon.
Absolutely not. Ranged Precision is a standard action. Manyshot is a standard action. You only get one standard action per round. You cannot use Ranged Precision and Manyshot and cast a spell and read a scroll and turn undead and pick your nose all in one round.

However, Greater Manyshot, from the Exp. Psionics Handbook, allows you to use Precision Damage per each arrow. So, with Greater Manyshot and Ranged Precision, you can fire multiple arrows at multiple targets, adding ranged precision damage, as a standard action.

Even if Manyshot worked with Ranged Precision (and I don't think it does), your example is wrong because Ranged Precision expressly works with only one arrow:

"As a standard action, an initiate may make a single precisely aimed attack with a ranged weapon..."

Here's a question for you guys: would ranged precision work with the Scout's extra damage dice, assuming he moves 10' or more in a round?
Yes. Move and take one shot, benefiting from ranged precision and the scout's skirmish ability.

Ranged Precision stacks with Sneak Attack. Sneak Attack stacks with Skirmish damage. It's a simple extension to allow Ranged Precision to stack with Skirmish damage.

Manyshot is a single attack (you only roll the die once). It just fires more than one arrow in that one attack. But the point is moot since I agree, you can't Manyshot AND Ranged Percision in the same round (w/o taking 2 standard actions; perhaps by magic?)

I guess the problem I had was a result of Ranged Precision's wording (...make a single attack...); nowhere does it say it's just one arrow.

A single attack is always a single arrow, unless you have an ability that says otherwise.

Since the ability in question is a standard action all its own, it naturally falls out that it's a single arrow.

Order of the Scout

I'm currently playing a game and am interested in going the way of the Scout/Order of the Bow class combo. I will be concentrating more on the Shot on the Run/Skirmish/Ranged Precision/Mobility the DM can't hit me na-na na-na boo boo way of fighting. Stating that I have to say the Ranged Precision can be used with Manyshot. Knocking back another arrow is a move action so should not affect the focus of the first Precision arrow. Although I will not be doing this for the Skirmish to take effect it seems a way to allow the use of the Manyshot in conjunction with the Ranged Precision.
