I care not; Slavic culture in nothing like the French, but D&D lumps them into one fantasy world anyway.

Have you looked at Karameikos? First Mystara gazetteer was very firmly based on Serbia, though under Byzantine rule

So, if we can kindly shut up about the damn name and focus on what actually matters - namely, what kind of content could actually fit in an Asiatic Fantasy themed expansion book?

Literally just a few new archetypes and races/ancestries, and a bunch of monsters. Archetypes would likely deal with either the more Asian-style elements of wood, void, and metal, or with any monster types that are particularly common in the area. Pact of the Oni, Circle of the Dragons, College of the Kinnara, etc.

Everything else would have to be a location/culture guide.
