OSRIC, the Old School Reference and Index Compilation, is, to quote the introduction...:

OSRIC Introduction and Purpose said:
...intended to reproduce the underlying rules used in the late 1970s to early 1980s, which being rules are not subject to copyright, without using any of the copyrighted "artistic presentation" originally used to convey tose rules. In creating this new "artistic presentation," we have made use of the System Reference Document produced by Wizards of the Coast, Inc.

Whoa ... thanks Grodog. :D

Should add something after posting: this is a useful "all-in-one" sourcebook of many tables and such of early rp'ing stuff especially helpful for those who do CONVERSIONS. Good stuff.

Apparently my pop up blocker interferes with the download because it blocks an ad every time and then fails to find the server for the download.

Would someone please e-mail it to me? I have a 20 Meg limit, so hopefully it is smaller than that.
