To answer a few concerns:

Yes, people's behaviour (and thus language use -- which is what I'm looking at) does change when you're being watched/taped. And yes, that's an issue. But I tend to find that people forget after a few minutes that the tape is there and just carry on as normal. So I would rather you informed your groups (and got their consent) in advance!

I can provide contact information, but I'm not posting my mailing address on the boards! You can contact me by email on surrealroom@postmaster.co.uk -- but I'll be emailing everyone who's responded myself anyway.

For those who are taping, a single full session would be ideal for me (as I'd like to look at the beginnings and endings of sessions in my project). With so many responses, I won't need more than one from any of you!

Ryan, I'm not sure what you mean by candid. I'm looking for natural data, so a recording of a normal gaming session, whatever that means for your group, would be ideal for me.
