(OT) Christmas looms around the corner and I'm getting worried...

Well, I'm a contractor at Nasa, but close enough. And technically it's not a "Christmas" bonus, it's a performance bonus they give out, purely by coincidence, right before Christmas.

I'm very sorry to hear about your Christmas situation... do you have kids? I'm sure alot of us on the board can buy a few toys or donate some and send them out to you... I know I could.

No no no. I'm single-as-hell, and I'm getting by. In the worst of situations I can borrow. I was really going more for "passive pity" than "genuine sympathy", here, and you've ruined everything. I hope you're happy.

You know we're all a big family here . Anyway... just keep in mind, some of the best gifts are the home-made ones. Last year I gave my brother a miniature of a crusader that I painted for him. He says it's one of the best gifts he's ever gotten and it only cost me 3 dollars .
