Microsoft is the publisher. Gas Powered Games by Chris Taylor (creator of Total Annihilation) created this game.
The game can be a click fest but you have some excellent strategy planning and the AI seems well done, i.e., characters don't stand there and die. Though, I wouldn't recommend sitting by and watching.

And the 3D camera.... I am speechless about how friggin' easy it is to move the camera perspective. I have yet (and I played for 8 hours straight yesterday) to lose my characters or the scene of action with the camera. I didn't have to look at the manual to figure this out. That, to me, is a good thing.
This is the way Diablo should have been (my opinion only). This is the way Pool of Radiance II should have been.
If you're looking for a Baldur's Gate depth of RPG.... this isn't it. But that's OK with me. I loved Baldur's Gate but I'm more strategy-minded and love combat.
Go out and buy it.
