First Post
I just got back from recieving life insurance and one of the questions they asked me was "Do you have any dangerous hobbies?" I thought about saying asking if D&D would count.

Well, if you'd rather pursue a certain hobby rather than eat or sleep (for example), it might be considered dangerous.

I can only think of one thing I'd consistently rather do than game (so I married her).

Beautiful.

I feel your pain, well felt it when moving house and walking around in my bare feet.

Convention play could be considered dangerous the biological, and chemical risks of some many gamers in a confined space are well know.

Do you have any idea how much damage a D20 can do when hurled by an irate player? Do you? It's a hazard of the system. I'm just glad accual percentile dice (100 sided ones) are fairly rare, or percentile games would be far more perilous. And don't even think about a d4 system, as people have already said, may as well call it the 'caltrops' system.

Considering that I (As a DM) tend to make my players really frustrated at times, and we tend to game in my house which has (in this room alone) three sword racks... Yes, I think it does count as a dangerous hobby.
