Doctor Midnight, how do you play it during the game?

I want to do something similar. I want my bad guy to have "Dance Of The Sugar-Plum Fairies" as his theme song. But I also like to have music playing softly in the background. Ideally I want to have it set up so that I can switch from one to the other quckly so I can catch the players by surprise.
