Good things

Good things:
Cool, crisp fall weather.

Said weather making my cat bonkers. She just lays around when it's hot, once it's cool she runs & jumps around like a kitten and makes me laugh so hard.

Waking up to find a cat curled up next to me on my pillow.
Same for me;) As soon as I turn off the lights to go to bed, there's the cat... and she's there in the morning too. And last night, she slept UNDER the covers with me all night.

Not feeling mad at my ex-husband anymore.

Being excited about the coming cold winter season in Buffalo cause I can't wait to snuggle under covers, with a hot chocolate or mulled cider, a good book, and the kitty curled on my lap.

Having finally lost weight... and people notice and tell me I look great.

Feeling healthier emotionally and physically than I have in a long time.

Woo-hoo !

Love this thread !

Let's see :

  • Reading what makes you guys and gals feel good !
  • Playing hide and seek in the house with my 20 month old son Corentin
  • Sharing a car back home at 2 in the morning with one of my players and he says "I really enjoyed the game tonight" !
  • Putting the CD player full-blast in the car and singing along when my wife and son are not there
  • The dreamy smile on my wife's face after love making (hope no one is shocked...)
  • The guilty pleasure of splurging way too much money on CDs, comics and RPG supplements...
  • Playing harp on stage and singing with a good band backing me up.

1) Being part of a wonderful marriage.

2) The first, genuine, non-gas induced ,smile from my 2 month old I got about a week and a half ago.

(parents will understand what I mean)

3) Explaining something to my 3.5 year old, and seeing the delight in his face when he "gets it".

4) having friends who are as close as brothers.
