Pasta carbonera
1 lb pasta
1 pound bacon
3 eggs
(or variations with those proportions)
Cook pasta,
Chop into small pieces and cook bacon
Beat eggs.
Drain pasta, put back into pot.
Pour eggs over pasta and mix, it will cook on the hot pasta.
Add salt and pepper, and mix in the cut bacon (and pour on the bacon grease).
Serve.
Good with a few peas mixed in as well.
