[OT] Heroes of the New Wave --- eighties neopulp

A new game is in the works --- inspired by Goonies, Buckaroo Banzai, Big Trouble in Little China, and other eighties B-movie cult classics.

The idea is to take the tropes of pulp and apply them to a later era.

Not d20 Modern. But it should be. This would've made a beautiful Polyhedron minigame.

I can't wait! I am a true chold of the eighties, still am for that matter, and the game just looks like it could be LOADS of fun!

ENworlder mgrasso ran a d20M adventure that was basically this concept at the Chicago Game Day before last. It was a freaking blast. I got to be LL Cool J!
