[OT] How do you resize animated GIFs?

I'd like to resize the following GIF so that it can be my avatar. It's 64x40 pixels, but 22278 bites (too big!)

A bit of fiddling in Photoshops Animation facility seems to do the trick, but I forget how small the file size needs to be......
Heres one at 17k insteaqd of 22k..

Let me know if thats ok....

EDIT: There again I think it may need to be under 5k, which is gonna be very hard I suspect with this animation....

So heres one at just under 5k

Just took out a couple of the less essential frams, hope thats OK for ya... not as great quality, but it may be the best you can get to get that animation under 5k
If for some reason the image don't show, just check back later ot right click and save as, its hosted on a crappy free web space thing....

Check out this site

This site as several free gif tools including a animated gif resizer. There is a limit to the size of the gif you can resize but other than that it's a great utility.
