Hmm, let's play with the "berg" element of Hal's name.

Ice Berg: A rapper on tour with Ice-T with Vanilla Ice working as a roady.

Locutus of Berg: "RESISTANCE IS FUTILE. YOU WILL BUY THIS PRODUCT."

There is of course a comic book theme, with a variant of a line Jack Nicholson said in a popular movie: "And where, where is the Berg Man. He's at home washing his tights."

Or we could go with a Deadland's theme: Doc HALiday.
