[OT]Jason X - Comments?

Okay a fan of Hellraiser I only though there were THREE movies. Someone please explain to me the reason/concept/plot behind Hellraiser 5. I didn't even know there WAS a 4th one. Oh wait that's Bloodline isn't it? Okay never mind. I've seen that one. It was...well a cheap thrill.

If memory serves me correct, he even shaved his head to stall Jason, before cuttin him crazy style with that knife.

Freddy fought a super hero in Nightmare on Elm Street 5: Dream Child. The Dream Warriors were: Kristen (gymnist), Kincaide (Strng Man), Joey (No known powers), Will (Dungeon Master), Nancy (The original Child of Elm Street) and I cant remember her name but she was a bad ass with knives.

Hellraiser 5 was about the whole concept of Hell and what happens to those who play the box and what they see. It was VERY gory and quote philospophicak once you realize whats going on.

Ahh good old slasher flicks... these are so much better than the garbage they try and give us now like Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer. VII is definately my favorite--seeing Jason get the living snot kicked out of him by a telekinetic girl was absolutely fantastic. I've never been able to find number five in any of the video stores...or maybe i've never found four... i missed one in the middle and Jason Goes to Hell...I'll have to make a run the the video store soon.

Aaaarrgghhh!! This blows! You guys get to see it, and I have to wait lord knows how long. BTW, did anyone ever read the Jason V. Leatherface comic book from a few years back? I seem to remember a hint at Jason's true nature in that- before IX ever came out.

Jason becomes Uber Jason b/c the robot KM beats the dog out of him and nearly destroys him completely. He winds up landing in the med lab. In the future they have these ant creatures that can heal you completely (we see a young boy get his arm reattached by them). The ants come out (as the ship is going to explode) and try to reknit him. Due to his unique, regenetive state, they cant. It tries to abort but cant. So they proceed with replacement synthetics. When they see him again, hes all made up as ... yes, Uber Jason. Trust me, i never saw it coming.
