Great win for the Buckeyes and the entire Big Ten. Finally, the Big 10 will get the respect it deserves.

Hopefull, in I think it was 97, we went 7-0 in bowl games and still didn't get any respect. We are always the slow Big Ten that still plays like it's 1950 it seems.

After all the commotion this weekend, a friend of mine here in Columbus came to a conclusion.....

"OSU fans make Trekkies look like jocks."

That's a statement I can relate to.

Fanatics are fanatics everywhere whether they are wearing pointy ears or painting their dog scarlet and grey.

But it has beena fun weekend and I am glad to be living in Columbus at a time like this. Now lets see if we can do it again next year!

Oops, forgot about that one. Unfortuantely that sort of thing doesn't usually happen. Generally you just see one bad call/no-call cost a team a game.

John Madden once said "if the game is so close you lose on a bad call, you didn't deserve to win in the first place."

Something for all football fans to keep in mind. As a Raider fan, I've said that to myself many times since last year's playoffs...
