[OT] Who uses Winamp and likes Vanilla Coke?

I smell marketing research going on here.

"ok, if they like DnD and Vanilla Coke, their is an 85% chance they use Winamp. But if they like DnD 1st edition, that drops to 33%, where as 3rd edition players are at 99% usage of Winamp"

"what does this mean?"

"we can package new DnD games with Vanilla Coke or Winamp, with a 67% success of cross selling other products."

So to do my part with the free market:
1. I play 3rd edition DnD
2. I like Vanilla Coke
3. I use winamp

But that winamp skin is horrid imo

...Vanilla coke has been around for many years. Not as a mass-marketed, bottled drink, of course, but just as real as a chocolate malt or vanilla phosphate.

Yes! Imagine my disappointment when I brought a bottle of the new "official" Vanilla Coke to our game night and found that it generally sucked. (Its a sad thing to have half-a-bottle of soda leftover at the end of the night. Me: "Hey, is anyone going to finish this Vanilla Coke up?" Group: <avoids eye contact> "Ummm.")

The WinAmp skins are pretty cool though. ;-)

mountain dew gives you kidney stones the size of softballs. that's why i stick with pepsi, so mine will only be the size of golfballs. ;)
seriously, i like mountain dew sometimes, but then sometimes... i dunno, maybe just too sweet for my tastes.

and as for vanilla coke, i have yet to make up my mind on whether or not i like it. i do like cherry coke better, though not as much as i LOVE cherry pepsi.

Cheerwine... never heard of it, but will have to seek it out. I love Cherry flavored stuff. :)

I think Dr. Pepper should make the list of all time great sodas... with Mr. Pibb included.

Vanilla Coke not be premade, but should be made at home using normal coke and a bottle of vanilla syrup... but that's just my opinion. ;)

I'm a little confused as to why everyone thinks the skin is garish, but I suppose it depends on your own color preferences.

For example, my windows desktop color scheme is labeled Gold Dragon, because most of the colors are muted earth tones and beiges, with highlights in cool copper to deep gold. So a nice vivid yet soft red works fine with my color scheme. It's the exact same colors as the actual Vanilla Coke bottle, by the way.

I dunno, if you have a lot of dark colors in your computer's color scheme, it might look bad. I went through a long phase like that, and I'm still kinda in love with my cave- and storm-themed desktop styles. Then again, it might just be that the jpeg doesn't capture it quite right. I think it's pretty.

I'm actually (slowly) working on a Winamp skin inspired by Littlejohn's illustration of Morningstar from Sagiro's storyhour. It probably won't be done for a month, though, at the rate I work.
