Other official compendiums you'd like to see?

A Complete Core Class Book - A Compendium of Core classes published so far. Not owning CW, CD, MH, and HoH, I'm missing quite a few core classes that I might just want to use.

Artifact Compendium would be sweet. I enjoyed the old 2e book immensely.

A Compendium of Magic Items would be cool too.

One for classes/prestige classes.

One for feats.

Those two compendiums would eliminate 90% of the problems that I encountered while GMing D&D 3x (most of which were related to poorly organized books, and feats/class abilities spread across them). As a player, it would simply be neat to have a fat list of possible options like that to help me build a more 3-dimensional character than the core books alone allow me to put together.

Sign me up for an Artifacts compendium, preferably done in the style of the 2e Book of Artifacts. Picked up a copy of that at a used book store a few months ago, and Christ is it good!

And a Yugolothonomicon.

And a Big Book of Baatezu.

And a Modronomicon, with a section covering the Parai.

And a Slaadinomicon. Alternately known as the g@R613Dt3><T'0n0M1k01/1K@1/1UR3@dTh1$?, or sometimes as Ygorl's Happy Fun Adventures.

though that one would have a lot of junk I'd never use in it if it included setting-specific prcs.

For better for for worse I'm sure WotC woudl make descriptions of PrCs generic enough to be setting neutral in such a book--with supplementary notes on using htem in Eberron, FR, etc.

I think a good compendium of locations would be nice. Something large with several catetories, good artwork and excellent cartography.

Yes, with emphasis on the artwork of buildings and such!

My big favorite would be the feats and classes/prestige classes as I'm always flipping through books to find something.
It would be very interesting to see all the prestige classes from, let's say, the Complete and Races of series written up in the new expansive format. I doubt that they would reprint prestige classes from the "capsystem" supplements such as the Expanded Psionics Handbook, but they could include those found in "monster ecologies" like the Draconomicon.

Truthfully, though, it would have to be a selection. There are a lot of prestige classes in Complete Warrior, for instance, and many of them simply wouldn't be amenable to the expanded treatment - what can you really say about the place of hulking hurlers or mauling reapers in the game world that hasn't already been said in their extant writeups?

Mhacdebhandia, that's a great list of templates (and prestige classes and substitution levels) you have on your web site. I have a few additional templates that don't seem to be listed, and which I'd like to suggest adding. If you are open to contributions, please let me know how to contact you.
