Laughable bad sleep last night, again, I dont even know what being rested feels like after these last few months.

Back heavy Upper Body day.

This was good. The Cable Row felt the best its ever been, I go up to 180. The Fly Machine, highest I've done, 220. Incline Bench still feeling so good, and the Lat Pulldown at 180 also felt good.

No reverse fly, as the tightness across the back is still high. I'm going to go do that cupping thing and try and release that.

Now that I think about it (2 Chest focus 1 Back focus is current) I dont know if I can flip to 2 Back Focus in a week. My shoulders are just so damn tight.
 

Worked a half day on my birthday, then had time for a quick gym session for myself before driving up to VT for the viewing/wake. Just did three circuits of dumbbell bench, dumbbell inclined curls, and dumbbell skull crushers, with drop sets on 2 and 3 of the bench and curls.

Had some trouble sleeping last night after the memorial service proper, though my eulogy went well.
