Friday night went to the gym rather than responding to an email from my ex.
  • Lat pulldowns (narrow grip) 105x16, 120x16, 120x14 +2, 120x15 +105x4. Advanced by a rep or two on almost all sets.
  • Machine overhead press 45x16, 60x12, 60x11 +30x3. Advanced in reps all sets compared to last time.
  • One bonus set of Machine biceps curls 70x18 just for fun/pump but I was tight on time and I hit them yesterday anyway, so called it there.
Sunday I hit my usual upper body trio. Wanted to hit legs but felt a bit shaky; still not quite over my cold. Even the bench was a little questionable.
  • Smith inclined barbell bench 70x21, 90x10 +80x4, 90x9 +80x3 +70x3. Held close to even from Thursday. Advanced a rep on the "warm-up" set, lost two reps each on the drop sets at the end, held steady in the middle.
  • Machine biceps curls 57.5x22, 70x20, 70x20, 70x11 +60x6 +50x7. Advanced in weight slightly on the opening set, held steady on set 2 and added a rep or two each set afterward.
  • Machine triceps extensions 85x30, 90x22 +80x10, 90x22 +80x9. Held steady on the opening set, added a few reps to the remainder.
Happy feeling: I actually have a little chest soreness this morning! (Plus a bit in the shoulders and triceps).
 


Worked over the weekend, super late and I'm just too old for it.
Went to Gym the Sunday.
Got up early Monday, meetings, then hit the gym.
I am COOKED today, just so tired. Had a NAP and did Back day.

I'm all mixed up on my schedule, sleep, whatever, but I just need to get through this week. :ROFLMAO:
