The respiratory viruses going around the last couple of months have been brutal. I envy you if your immune system has fought them off this winter up to this point, but still sorry if you've joined the infected crew.

I'm surprised myself I dodged it this season, gotta hope I can cut it down before it fully gets ramped up, it's a busy rest of the month.

Tonight's a rest day anyway. Was 180.8 this morning.
