Our Physical Fitness

I'm the biggest baby when it comes to getting vacc'd: I'm useless for the next few days after. So no shade thrown!

I've been told (though I haven't checked the veracity of the claim) that walks and massages can help you get through the "ugh" period a bit more quickly. I assume it's a bit of a myth, but it might be worth trying?
I have also heard that light to moderate exercise can be helpful in getting through it faster, though I asked the pharmacist about that on Thursday and she wasn't in favor of it. I did crash physically a good bit after my workout on Friday, so... 🤷‍♂️ Maybe something lighter, like walking, would have indeed been better.

Leg day yesterday. Someone was on the leg press (or not? they were hanging out by it and there were weights on it), so I had to swap out for single leg press on the horizontal machine. It was fine? I'm not as strong as I was at the beginning of the semester, but I feel like I can get back on track.

Three weeks smoke free as of today. The diet starts today.

Didn't muster the motivation for the gym last night, disappointing myself a bit. Probably no chance tonight, so tomorrow after work I'll commit to. Sleep at least has been better, getting some good rest.

177 this morning? Hello?

Dinner was late, didn't sleep great, but wtf.
High sodium dinner? Water retention?

So, 177 this morning, 178 at the gym, tells you where my food and hydration was today. 0.

Legs, in my deload. Worked on form, getting deep into squats, core. Didn't bother with Press.

Tomorrow and Thursday I'm taking it easy and running stuff to storage, which I got signed up today.

Friday...heavy Upper, deloading sucks too lol
