D&D 5E Out of the Abyss OOC

I can't take tinypic.com anymore, so I'm hunting for a new image sharing site. Feel free to ignore my test posts. Unless you're GlassEye and can see the grid better (or are moved to tears by the beauty and majesty of my feeble map-making skills...). Here goes:

EDIT: Slightly blurry, but increased legibility. Maybe.

My caseload increased as of January 1. We had Friday off, so starting Monday the change goes into effect, and I'll be doing all the child support and all the juvenile delinquency prosecution in my county. I've mastered the child support this past year, so 2016 (and 17 and 18?!) will be spent learning the JD stuff. We've done a lot of ground work this past fall getting ready for the transition, which is good, but I expect I will be very busy for a while as I learn to juggle both the JD caseload and my usual child support and criminal Special Prosecutor cases (I'm not making up that term, as ridiculous as it might seem). I probably won't have time during the workday to do multiple combat updates in the IC. Rest assured, I've no plans to give up OotA. I like to pop in during my workday (my version of a coffee break), so look for me to continue that habit.

Is there still a DC on the door or will it open freely since Solace has removed the lockpicks? If there are no objections to those in the immediate area, Kago will go ahead and open the door (likely in a dramatic, orc-like fashion) and begin the process of helping this priestess along the fast track to Lolth.

(Solace removed whatever she was doing to the locking mechanism -- if that's unlocked, fine; but this is the DM's call. She however is no longer trying to stop people going through the door!)

industrygothica, my read has been and remains that Solace removed the picks and stopped leaning against the door, but that the door is still locked. I don't see language in the IC otherwise. It'll be a Strength DC 15 check to break through the door. If Kago had help, the check could go at advantage. If he wants to use a set of lock picks, it'll be a Dexterity DC 12 check to unlock the door. If he uses a set of keys, no check is required.

I see readied actions for Kamael (cast create bonfire between whatever's inside the stalactite and the party), Solace (attack with hand crossbow), and ... who else has a readied action? I'm assuming Kago is going to break down the door, so he won't have a readied action because he'll have used his turn gaining access to the interior of the stalactite. Lemme know.

Raza will be ready to act but not so much so that it constitutes a Ready action. I don't think she would get a clear line for a shot anyway.

Something I regularly forget about 5e is that readied actions go as a Reaction. See PHB 193. They don't take up the Action or Bonus Action slot, they take up your Reaction. Maybe you lot have no difficulty remembering that, but I do (3.x stuck in my pea brain). Then again, maybe someone reading this will have an a-ha moment and realize they can do more this round as a result.
