Passing Wealth
Conjuration
Level: Cleric, Sor/Wiz 6.
Components: S, V, M.
Casting Time: 1 action.
Range: Self
Target: Self.
Duration: Special.
Saving Throw: None/Will negates.
Spell Resistance: Yes.

This spell, while quite painful, allows a person to pass a limited amount of gold coins when they are attempting to relieve themselves.

This spell allows the subject of the spell to produce 1d4+(1 per level of the caster) gold coins. However, this requires 10 minutes per coin produced and causes pain so intense and debilitating that the subject may take no other actions and are considered prone for the duration. Further, for 1d4 hours after they spell has ended, the character will still suffer a –2 to all actions owing to lingering pain. Lastly, the coins generated will be in an unhygienic state and will need to be cleaned.

This spell is available to clerics of evil deities of greed, including but not limited to Mammon.

Balance wise, I think it doesn't look too bad, and it certainly is gushing with... ahhhm... flavor. I might even say you could lower the level a little, and also make it 1d4 per caster level, or 1d4+1 per caster level, no upper limit. I mean, at level 20, that's 20d4+20 for a max of 120gp and an average of about 60gp... pennies to someone of sufficient level. Indeed, I can't see this as producing too much wealth for ANY level, even level 1, and the caster certainly isn't going to want to cast this multiple times a day, or even every day, or every week, or ever, for that matter, if at all possible. This would be useful only in very limited situations... stripped of all gear and in a dungeon, for instance, in order to bribe a guard or something.

Eric's Grandmother might have some small reason to complain though, but you did offer plenty of warning, so...

What's the material component? And what's the deal with the saves?

I really don't know about the amount of wealth, and how much would be appropriate at that level. (d4+1) per caster level doesn't sound excessive at all. Look at what you can do with a few ranks in craft:armor, a fabricate spell, and some ingots of metal.

This is only a draft and I'm thinking of making this also an attack spell - you touch a person and they are subject to the spell. That's the deal with the spell. I just forgot to put in the material component, which is eating a god coin.
