Final Update:

Hi.

Thank you to all the artists to enquired about the recent Old Kingdom Games open call. The responses that came in were impressive (and fast!) :D

Artists have been selected and the open call is filled.

Update:

Thank you everyone for your enquiries - your responses were extremely rapid and the quality portfolios submitted impressed me. :D

I've had a very high level of response and for those of you that havent heard from me yet give me a couple of hours to get NDA's to you then I'll firm up some details and make a selection from those that returned the NDA's.

Again, if you havent had the NDA yet, you will in the next few hours.

I'll post confirmation that the gig has been allocated to people once selection is done.

This open call is now closed.

Hi everyone.

I'm in the process of putting together a new PDF publishing company with (gasp) funds already allocated.

The company is small press and will go live in the next couple of months focussing primarily on a couple of smaller projects to start with. I'm in need of paid artwork for our upcoming company website which may also be used in a project.

Here's the deal.

Financial / Contractual:

Payment will be half up front, rest on completion and receipt of artwork. None of this revenue share malarkey. NDA / contract will be provided. Pay rates for work available upon enquiry (we are small press so bear that in mind - if you want $300 it isn't going to happen ).

Art requirements:

4 x character pieces 1/4 page B&W line art, no backgrounds. One for each of the following genre's: Modern, Sci-fi, Fantasy/medieval, Horror. Some basic direction will be given although artist(s) will largely have a free hand.

Timescale: To be negotiated although a relatively rapid turnaround is preferred.

Enquiries:

I'm happy to give the gig to a single artist although if there are enough responses the work may be split between multiple artists. Beginners and published artists welcome.

To enquire about this gig please email me at 'chris AT oldkingdomgames DOT com' and please ensure you include the following:

- Link to a portfolio or details of where I can view samples of your art
- Your preferred timescale for completion
- Your piece preference (e.g. 'sci-fi' or 'whole set' etc)

Many thanks!

Chris - Old Kingdom Games.
