Originally, looking up Pain Touch in Sword anf Ist, it said one of it's prereqs was a Wisdom of 19. However, I think someone recently said it had been changed in Complete Warrior or Fighter to it having only a prered of Wisdom 15, is that right?
Also, what are its other prereqs? I think it requires a certain level of BAB right?
