More successful than it had been, sure. I meant in regard to being a paper magazine for a niche market, too many strikes against it. It's a credit that it lasted as long as it did, but I'm equally sure lots of folks aren't surprised to see it die in the least.Erik Mona said:Dragon has been rising in subscribers and sales consistently since I took over, especially in the last year. My speculation is just that we don't know WotC's mind because they haven't spoken it. I'm sure you can't come out blasting WotC for ripping the magazines from you, but it doesn't mean the fans should personalize it so much. Without knowing the path the decisions took, I am not going to judge their motives, just the results. (Which are a ways off.)I can't speak for Wizards on this issue, but I can say with certainty that your speculations are considerably off base as far as Paizo is concerned.
