Isn't that ENTIRELY in the eye of the beholder?
As an individual, I suppose you could take that rather nebulous position on just about anything. However, humans, in general, tend to apply more value and importance to other humans than they do to magazines. For example, compare the crimes of drowning your neighbor's baby vs. throwing your neighbor's latest issue of Dragon in the swimming pool.

On the other hand, hyperbole doesn't offend me and isn't worth getting all bunged-up about, IMO.

Well, that's basically the point I was getting at. ;)

...I think maybe it might be best to let people rant their frustration in this thread, rather than rebuke them over their comments...but hey, I don't want to start any cyber brawls. I'll just move along...

I hope the WotC will get a special Ennie Award for slaying Dragon and caving in Dungeon.

I look...forward....to WotC's info session at this year's Gencon.

My guess is that whoever loses the lottery at the office in Renton is the one that has to do it this year.

Beause that is going to be one helluva hostile crowd in that room. Not a doubt in my mind.

Aus,

Would you prefer I call you a chicken little with no head instead? ;)

Ag,

Ah see...I didn't remember that since I don't often associate Seinfeld with stuff in real life. Or gaming for that matter.

Thurbane,

If a cyberbrawl breaks out in the forest, and only gamers are around, do they automatically get a +5 to attack and damage rolls? ;)

Steel,

Yeah I mean it would be a worse job than the guy that has to do press releases in some other job. ;)
