The subscription discount is marked as being 30%, but in the product description, the following appears:
"When customers subscribe at paizo.com, they get a month-to-month subscription, which is fixed at a 40% discount off of each volume’s cover price, plus shipping."

Which is the correct one?

Does the subscription include the Player's Guide?

It's 30%. The 40% thing was a typo that lasted about two hours before we noticed and fixed it. Sorry about that.

If you subscribe before August, you will get a free Player's Guide to the Rise of the Runelords Adventure Path.

THat's not noted in the follow over of sub monies, but I take it is included? (Or maybe I just missed it cause I swore it noted I'd get a few issues for my dung/drag subs and the PDFs.)

I'm not sure I understand your question, but the per-issue discount for subscribers redeeming excess credit for Pathfinder is significantly higher than 30%. It's more like 60%.
