I didn't know Jones could sing! Breathe heavy, yes, sing, no...

Ps It's great to see a fellow Mets fan.. brave to stick your head out in public these days...

Jones can't sing. That's the point. He tried to sing at first, then decided against it and he basically just recited the Nat/ Anthem.

Oh yeah, GO METS! (maybe next year)

with this group you have to scream for anyone to hear you.

We have a group that basically no matter what character they are playing pieces of their (chaotic) personalities come through.

I am not that "up" on playing a paladin and was just looking for some ways to try to keep everyone in line.
umm.. stick a fork in you.
You've got your work cut out for you.

I don't foresee how a paladin could be a welcome part of this kind of group.

IMO, a party has to want a paladin in the group for it to work well.

Have you asked the party whether they would like a paladin? Did you go over it with them ahead of time?
Unless you did, I really don't think you should bother trying to "keep them in line" - it's a futile, frustrating exercise when their personalities CAN trump anything you can possibly try to accomplish in character.

Is it possible to be a Paladin of Elhonna ? If so, I will convince the Ranger and Druid to pick up Elhonna...

Elhonna is neutral good. Therefore, yes, you can be a Paladin of Elhonna. This would be a good idea, as it gives your character more common ground with the Ranger (who will probably be your closest friend in the party) and the Druid. Make the rogue a nature type too, add another member and 5 magic rings, and you can roleplay Captain Planet and the Planeteers. :D

edit: I can make my subjects and verbs agree.
