Pete stopped mid-stride with his arm digging in the inside pocket of his greyed peacoat. "Rumors?" He slowly turned and walked back towards the aged Van Helsing, watching him carefully.

 

[Viking Bastard]

"Oh there's just some rumours about the house being haunted." He shakes his head. "It's a big empty house, there's always rumours about them being haunted. In my long career, I've only come across one of these kind of houses that was actually haunted."

"Every unexplained death in the neighbourhood is blamed on the house."

 

[Viking Bastard]

"But anyway, it's not important!"

 

[Velenne]

Dr. Percivale stands and shakes his head. Of course they would think the house was haunted, simple folk always try to simlify the supernatural. "Haunted" indeed. Either they're rationalizing what should be perfectly obvious, or taking it to the opposite extreme and stirring up ghastly folk lore over what is perfectly rational.

At any rate, if there is nothing more to be said, he will help himself back down to the coat closet and get his things (unless a servant does that for him).

After packing and planning, Jeeves drives you all to the airport where the company plane is waiting. Aboard you are greeted by Jock, the pilot.

"Off to another adventure are we? Ha ha ha."

"Here we are champions. The land of clocks and cheese."

Standing wearily after the long, loud, and very bumpy flight, the old man works out his aching joints and muscles before disembarking and expecting someone to come running up with this things.
