Teen Titans makes me want to grind my teeth flat. That opening theme song is like listening to a symphony played by scratching a chalkboard... ugh.

The Aladdin cartoon is a great show to mine ideas from. The 3rd Aladdin movie, "Aladdin and the King of Thieves" is an awesome adventure in and of itself.

I don't have kids of my own, but the kids my wife and I live with (relatives, long story) are rather young and tend to watch Treehouse. The shows are targetted a little too young for me on that channel, although The Backyardigans seems somewhat interesting. As for the 'toons I watch of my own accord, I enjoy Justice League Unlimited, the new Masters of the Universe, Aladdin (actually one of my favorite cartoons of all time) and occasionally Teen Titans.
