Was thinking Dragonborn but half ogre is nice. As long as he's a) a paladin or b) is either vassal or champion of Bahamut.
 

Well, you thought right on the Dragonborn, but not so much on the half-ogre! He's also a paladin, just not quite like you might think. ;>

Appearance:
One of the first things most people notice about Bonecrusher is that he is liberally festooned with massive weapons. He is girded in the Praesidium Luminata - a suit of full plate inscribed with symbols of the god of honour and valour. Although Bonecrusher no longer subscribes to the god's doctrine, it's fairly certain that he faithfully represents its more combative tenets. He is a giant of a man, hulking (draconic) head and shoulders above even the largest humans.

Roleplaying/Mechanical notes:
- Bonecrusher has mixed feelings when people call him 'Sir'. He's used to getting respect, but gave up the trappings of knighthood a long time ago.
- With all his equipment, Raynarn is just a shade inside the upper limit of his horse's light carrying capacity. Little John looks at him reproachfully every time he mounts.

Matt, are you still planning to use these guys? I'm kind of tempted to do up Bren, and the temptation factor would rise sharply if I knew that someone's going to get some potential use out of him. :)

Well Dusk is fine, honestly. My problem was with "Bonecrusher." Not him being a Dragonborn, obviously but not an actual paladin. I was thinking something like Paladin 9/Vassal of Bahumat 3
 

OIC! I tend to stay away from Book of Exalted Deeds out of long habit :uhoh:, so paladin options are limited. There was something very Robin-Hoody about your description of him that made me think of the Paladin of Freedom. I think it was the conjunction of 'independent' and 'good'.
