That could work too. I personally won't be doing it that way. I prefer my quick-glance charts to be clean and simple. What I'll do for conditions a combination of the following:
a) Colored tiles to place under counters (similar to Fiery Dragon's) for conditions and marks.
b) Use the colored Post-It Page Markers to tag counters.
c) Track conditions (with the modifiers) on an Excel sheet.
