I'll give it a 'maybe' at this point.
I want to have a damn good look at the final book AND at the Bestiary before committing. We're heading into the high levels in my STAP campaign at the moment, and if 3.5's high-level stuff breaks too badly then I'll probably look at switching (or house ruling) if I like PF's high-level fixes. And, of course, depending on what the group thinks and how much retooling we'd have to do of a fairly heavily PrC-ed, Spell Compendium-ed and generally tweaked set of PCs...
Though from what I hear, getting hold of the PF rulebook in Australia is going to be the next thing to impossible (fairly standard for Paizo books, sadly), so it'll be second printing at the earliest for us.
Next campaign is WHFRP, so while I'll buy PF, it'll probably be shelf fodder for a while...
