Search the wizards.com website for "paxgame" to find:
Dungeons & Dragons Roleplaying Game Official Home Page - Article (PAX Live D&D Game)

On that page, it's embedded; but clicking it fails, because it now requires wizards' access code.

In the comments below, somebody ("giggleloop") has posted a link that works:
Justin.tv - giggleloop - PAX Live D&D Part 1
(That's for Part I; but there's another link on that page for Part II.)
(It halts and skips on my slow DSL line; cable should run it fine.)

So good... I laughed my backside off at those antics. I hope they don't wait 'til next PAX to do the follow-up!
Alas, it isn't so much a matter of waiting on their part as it is a matter of trying to cram some D&D into five (5) chock-full schedules, including Chris Perkins' (or seven if you include Paul and Storm).
This past year, Wil Wheaton has been working in The Guild, and Leverage, and Eureka, and voice-work for animation (or did he quit that?), and even voice-work for audio books (for John Scalzi, at least). Lately, he has only been getting home to LA for 12 to 24 hours at a time, per his blog.
The others are very busy, as well, doing their webcomics and running PAX twice a year and reviewing games and writing games and running their own charity, etc. (Hosting Celebrity Golf?)

Personally, I hope they can find the time next year to run another session!

Yup, I'm aware their schedules are extremely tight. However, I'm sure that if Wizards made it worth their while, they would find the time. :)

Obviously I'm not in the slightest congnisant of the sums involved, but these live sessions have consistently been a massive hit with the fanbase and getting D&D regularly talked about on Wheaton's blog and on Penny Arcade can only be a win.
