The manacles have no locking mechanism whatsoever. They appear to lock and unlock solely by magic.

Do they open to go around the wrist or do they have to go down from the hand? Also if someone was grappling with the angel how hard would it be for Brystasia to slip them on the angel? (Obviously Brystasia has no chance of grappling the angel herself, at least not with allot of luck)

Open around the wrist. I'd make it a touch attack to get them on, opposed Dex+BAB check to close them. You might need him pinned before it works.

It was mentioned. It's okay I think are undoing was the attempted intimidation.

I doubt further negotiation would have made much difference anyway. The Angel seemed determined not to wear the shackles. What would you have said that could have changed his mind?

I think the Predator will be quite sufficient to pin the Angel all by himself.

I'm glad you guys caught on that he's a touch unstable. It looked like you might not, and then you'd have been really, really, really sorry.
