As you're the DM, you of course always have final say. Just wanted to throw in some clarification/justification.

Re Size: IIRC, Savage Species listed a size increase as 1 LA. Ogres and minotaurs, for instance, are LA 2 significantly because they're Large. If it came down to it, though, I'd take another LA (losing 2 feats, HD, + SP's) before I picked up a 5th level Fighter. Being Medium just isn't worth it to a nigh-Epic fighter-type who already falls short of spellcasters in every way imaginable.

Re Amulet: From the SRD:
Amulet of Mighty Fists: This amulet grants an enhancement bonus of +1 to +5 on attack and damage rolls with unarmed attacks and natural weapons.

Re Diety: I had meant to change Hextor to Pelor. This character was used at much lower level previously as a bad guy, but is now recast as a hero. :)

Also I saw you mention Dragon is that stuff available? Also I would probably be interested in playing a bard... That is if Monte Didn't change it to much I don't have the Book of Eldritch Might 2, and I probably will not pick it up for a little while longer...

Some Dragon stuff is allowed, subject to approval; the bard class is really changed a lot, I'm afraid, including a completely different method of spellcasting.

Savage Species lists size Large as 1 LA. The ability modifiers, natural armor, and damage die increases for natural weapons are not part of that increase, and constitute at least a +2 LA themselves.

The amulet is a change from 3.0, which I hadn't noticed. You're right, by 3.5 rules it works, so keep it.

Well ENworld is horribly slow right now... I'll try and get into your email and send my idea and questions that way, as I just don't trust ENworld right now.

Welp, you're the DM. ;)

Changes made and posted!

Looks good, though you're going to have to be wary of incorporeals with that 18 touch AC; luckily the cleric should be able to handle much of that side of things. I'm curious about one thing: what provides the +1 insight bonus to AC?

The Dusty Rose ioun stone. Good buy for only 5k. I suppose better insight bonsuses could be purchased if used in an item slot but for 5k it's nice to have.

And with 700k+ to spend, you really start to run out of stuff after awhile! :P

Well, there's always the x2 charge for a multifunction item. "Look, my bracers give me a +10 armor bonus, a +5 insight bonus, and a +5 luck bonus to AC!" "Yes, but how much did they cost?" "300K. Why?"
