Not the PrC (I don't have that issue so I know nothing of the PrC, if it's not underpowered I might be interested if anyone wishes to share their information), I was thinking about the faction (which is all about not worshiping gods).
I might make that character CG, working to liberate the mortal races from the selfish manipulations of Gods. Belief is power, and if enough mortals would direct their faith inwards into themselves, their loved ones and their societies instead of throwing it all into the the void their lot would improve. In time the Gods will dwindle and the mortal races will ascend to rule the multiverse. Power to the people!
Or I might make him Neutral. A proud man, refusing to bend knee to anyone and drawing strength from his own self-confidence.
Or something...
I like the idea of a godless cleric.

I like the idea of a godless cleric.

If you can find a way to fit him in with the Emissary of Pelor, it's a great concept.
 

How do we calculate hit points?

Can we purchase non-DMG items? Like, say, out of Magic of Faerun or Defenders of the Faith or somesuch?

Hit points are full for first level, 75% for all other levels. Any item from a WotC book can be purchased, but if it seems too good for the price, I may veto it, or raise the cost.
 



I'll reformat the sheet to something more readable later. This was the format the original (much lower level) character was required to be in.

The Circlet uses the Use-Activated formula: (8th level * 15 caster level * 2,000gp) /2 because Mind Blank has a 24-hour duration = 120,000.

If it's a little too munchkiny, I can change it. I thought about asking for the Feral template but that was just too....dirty.
