I could hardly leave the treasure unguarded, could I? Even if the Sunites wouldn't steal it (yeah right ) news of the treasure might leak out to some bad guys who might just be higher level than the temple-guards.

That's not what makes me paranoid. Irae makes me paranoid, Dorina, Kurgoth, scores of vampires and liches, a legion of lesser undead, a pissed off Illithid city, a vengeful Bugbear having his Dominate dispelled at exactly the wrong moment , what mischief my other subordinates are probably up to, what Baenre will do when I stab her in the back, and every opponent played to the fullest extent of their power and ability. That's what makes me paranoid .

Everything I've forgotten to list. That's what really scares me.

I see nothing but Drow... Even the undead are Drow, I had the Matron of one family try to dominate my mind add that to the lack of attempted retribution with the money makes Kilcif long for the surface world.

Endur, post 444 has been edited to reflect that it will be just Brystasia and Conan that are going to the tavern. Anyhow I'm not sure how Conan was able to trick Brystasia and to going with him alone but well done. (Maybe it was that CotSC paranoia at work. )
