If that's the marker she's using to tell whether or not magic works, then yes, until someone uses magic clearly right in front of her, or shakes her until she understands, she's going to think that she's still in an anti-magic zone.
I thought that had happened with the Seer, he was used invisibility with in the field and it's a 4th level spell, for greater, and it would not work with in the field as it less than a 9th level spell. Vilya's scimitar has been flaming so I think magic has clearly been used right in front of her...

Endur, only for your Barbarian... ;)

Heighten spell could've been used on Invisibility, or the Seer could've devised an Epic Invisibility to use in just this room in a case like this.

But I can't think of a good explanation for Vilya's scimitar. Maybe Bry just hasn't noticed it?

And then to the question I was supposed to ask: Did the chanter just disappear (the tapestry suddenly fell to the floor empty) or did he/she/it move from under it?

It appears as if one moment he was there, and another he wasn't.

I hadn't thought of heighten spell, to be honest I learned something today cause I thought that increased your caster level not the spell level so that's actually a pretty cool feat. (BTW: I never play spell casters and now that we have variant rangers and paladins I even option out and go with the spell less variants.)

I can see the Seer having an epic level invisibility and so could Brystasia. Obviously, Brystasia is convinced of the fact.

I agree she probably just hasn't noticed, and this is what I believe is going on. :)

Anyhow, I'm just frustrated that my character seems to know less than me, no I'm not trying to metagame I'm just trying to prove how little she does know. :D

Anyhow, if PA took offense to my questioning I apologize and to be honest I agree with his ruling and stuff. That’s not what I was implying I'm just worried Brystasia is going to get someone killed cause of her lack of insight.

I'm sure your character knows more than mine.

I'm just glad that I got to use my listen skill to locate an invisbile chanter, my bull rush ability, and some of my Shock Trooper abilitites that I thought I'd never get a chance to use.

I hope so if your Cimmerian pulls of a better spellscraft check Brystaisa his bigger issues than I realize. :)

True enough, I don't think theirs any skills or abilities that Brystasia has that I want to do... Well maybe an improved trip that succeeds fallowed up with 3 attacks with a divine might inspired sword whip.
