It seems like the revamped DCU is also integrating its TV shows better with the movies than the MCU did.

It's not clear to me if they've already quietly moved him and The Suicide Squad from the Snyderverse to the new DCU or if that's what they're doing with the extradimensional closet dimensions. Either way, I'm down. I'd love to see him and Guy interact one day.

Very happy that we're immediately going from watching Rick Flagg Sr. wrestle with how he feels about superheroes in Superman to taking action against Peacemaker, rather than the MCU system of having us wait three years, two movies and four television shows for it to happen.

I dig how they have the same actor playing Flag Sr. in Superman and Peacemaker S2 and voicing the character in Creature Commandos, though they made him look significantly different in the latter. Frank Grillo looks young enough that I raised an eyebrow a little seeing him in Superman while picturing Kinneman as Flag Jr. in The Suicide Squad, though I'm amused to note after checking their wikis that Grillo is 60 while Kinneman is 45, so not as close as I initially thought!
