Bree?
Boone?
Verzubak?
Luc?
Ottavia?
Glaz?
Any/all of the contacts Luc meets to demonstrate his lantern?

Also - how does Bree gain access to the first class lounge? It states in the adventure that she waits there for Caius, but she has a second class ticket. Are second-class passengers permitted in the first class lounge?

Bree, Ottavia, and Glaz would have rings. So would the top guys Luc meets and maybe one or two of their lieutenants.

Second class passengers are welcome in the first class lounge as long as they are respectable and no one complains about them.

How much information about the Obsucrati should the PCs be able to glean if they manage to spy on the conversation between Nicodemus, Luc and Lya at the rail yard?

Hey there Luc. I'm sure you have a lot of questions, but we're a little out in the open here. When you've been in the conspiracy business as long as I have, you learn not to let things slip.
