Pegasus Cohort?

Hello!
I wanted some help with a Pegasus Cohort for a character that has a Leadership score of 13. As far as I understand that would give her a lvl 9 cohort... but the Pegasus would have to be a 7HD creature.

I'm not sure if I get the advance rules right so I was wondering if someone could help me with a 7HD Pegasus stats. I would greatly appreciate it! (I almost forgot... is for a D&D 3.5 campaign)

here are the relevant links.

Change the HD, HP, Skills, BAB, saves and add one feat. Ability scores won't change from a 4 to 7 HD change.

Also make sure the player knows that a flying mount has severe restrictions on weight and barding. A pegasus, for example only has the ability to fly if carrying less than 300lbs, with the first 25-30lb taken up by the saddle. Most of the weight issue is circumventable with bags of holding and the like though.

Flying mounts can’t fly in medium or heavy barding.

Fly
A creature with a fly speed can move through the air at the indicated speed if carrying no more than a light load. (Note that medium armor does not necessarily constitute a medium load.)
