Migraine
I would make Migraine in level like so
lvl 1 -2 to base actions melee/ranged
lvl 2 all sonic based attack do x2 damage (pc now is very short with all)
lvl 3 must be healed in XD4 hours or 8 hour sleep or pc passout(passout would be a fort save DC ?) Side note: this would be good for a backfired spell effect or potion gone sour!
