Permanent Bull's Str/End/etc. is pretty ugly even if you do it just on yourself. +2DC to all your spells for a bit of XP? I'd take it. Save me a couple of feats minimum. A permanent +2 to AC, initiative, Reflex saves, and a bunch of skills is nothing to be sneezed at either, given the limited amount of class skills Wizards and Sorcerors have.

I'm a little biased, given that I've recently been putting together a suite of permanent buff spells, and I considered and rejected the animal buffs, since they're superceded by permanent Righteous Might, the Rod of Epic Splendor, and +6 Amulet/Gloves/Headband/Periapt.
