Permanent spells and Detect Magic

If someone was cursed, would they have an aura for Detect Magic? How about blinded? Are there any exceptions?

If the spell has duration permanent like Bestow Curse and Blindness/Deafness then they would radiate magic.

I'd say yes since both are spells with permanent duration. Both can be removed with dispel magic so they would reasonably be detected by detect magic.
