Hmmm... funny to me it begs to question the PERSISTENT FEAT... not the cleric class.

A 9th level mage should never be caught without his 24 hours shield either.

Yep you got it. Thats why so many people have such a problem with clerics being too powerful.

Can't do persistent haste, it's not a "fixed" or "personal" range spell.
